The creation of the co-owned property partition claim 3,592 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) share the Plaintiff 734/3,592 shares, the Plaintiff B’s 710/3,592 shares, the Plaintiff C’s 990/3,592 shares, the Defendant D’s 330/3,592 shares, the 165/3,592 shares, the 165/3,592 shares, the Defendant FF’s 99/3,592 shares, the 330/30,592 shares, the 234/34,592 shares, and the 239/3,592 shares shares among them.
Therefore, the Plaintiffs, co-owners, may claim a partition of the instant land against the Defendants, other co-owners.

There is no objection by the Defendants as to the method of subdivision as stated in the order presented by the Plaintiff, and the area or shares of each corresponding part divided to the Plaintiff and the Defendants are appropriate in light of the current shares of the Plaintiff and the Defendants.
In full view of all the circumstances revealed in the arguments in this case, including the location, utilization status, and attitude of the parties, the portion of “1,158 square meters” in the attached Form No. 1,2,9,10,7,8 and 1 among the land in this case are owned by the Plaintiff, and the portion of “1,158 square meters” in the attached Form No. 330/1,158 square meters connected in order with each of the points of “1,158 square meters in the ship is owned by the Defendant D, Defendant E, 165/158 shares, Defendant F, 9/1,158 shares, Defendant G, 330/158 shares, Defendant G, 330/1,158 shares, Defendant H, 234/158 shares. The portion of “10,9,11,12,12, and 734 square meters” connected in sequence with each of the items of “2,12,136,146,36.
