On February 19, 2015, the Defendant sent assault to the victims, such as: (a) the victim B (n, 20 years of age), C (n, 21 years of age) and C (n, 21 years of age) of the 270-1 tobacco from the fright side of the agricultural cooperative located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Seoul, on the ground of smoking in the 19:45 minutes; (b) the Defendant: (c) frightened a bat; (d) shafing or pushed the bat of C; and (e) frightened or pushed the bat of B; and (e) flafed the bat part of the breast at one time by walking the fright on the floor; and (e) frighting the face part to the floor once.
