A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 27, 2017, the Defendant was driving a penttob with C number plates without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license from the front day of the Defendant’s house located in Ysan-si B to the 55-km road from the 17:39 on the 17th day of the day following the following month: (a) the Defendant driven a penttob with C number plates without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license from the front day of the Defendant’s house in Ysan-si.
2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate a motor vehicle on a road without purchasing mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the off-to-land with a license plate which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place mentioned in paragraph 1.
3. On September 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased otobane from a person without his/her name on his/her own name; and (b) removed the number plate of C two-wheeled vehicle air c, air from obane owned by the Defendant’s father at around 2016 at around 2016; and (c) attached the number plate of the above two-wheeled vehicle to the obane purchased by the Defendant.
Accordingly, the Defendant used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile, air, for the purpose of exercising the right.
4. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, operated 3 or 3-wheeled Ba, attaching a license plate of C or 2-wheeled vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant exercised the number plate of two-wheeled automobile, which is an air straw for the purpose of exercising.
