1. From August 1, 2009 to June 15, 2010, Defendant A leased Defendant A’s non-qualification for nursing care in return for each 100,000 won or 150,000 won in total, as a rental fee, to the YY Medical Foundation located in Sinpo City.
2. Defendant B: (a) from December 13, 2010 to January 23, 2011; (b) from March 5, 2011 to April 30, 201; (c) from June 15, 201 to March 31, 2012; (d) from August 13, 13, 201 to January 17, 201, the Defendant leased the Defendant’s license for nursing assistant for nursing care to theY Medical Foundation, each month as a rental fee, with a total of KRW 100,000 won or KRW 1.6 million per month from August 13, 201 to January 17, 2013.
3. Defendant C received a total of KRW 1250,000 won per month from November 16, 2013 to July 6, 2015 from the Y Medical Foundation, which was in Yanpo City from around November 16, 2015, as a rental fee, and lent Defendant’s license as nursing assistant.
4. From April 13, 2013 to November 25, 2014, Defendant D, who received a total of KRW 1,900,000 won per month from the Y Medical Foundation, as a rental fee, and lent the Defendant’s license for nursing and non-life care services.
5. From March 10, 2011 to December 31, 2011, Defendant E received 1.5 million won a sum of 1.5 million won per month from the Y Medical Foundation located in Sinpo-si to December 31, 201, and lent Defendant’s license as nursing assistant.
6. Defendant F: (a) received KRW 1100,000 per month from August 2015 to July 2016, the sum of KRW 1100,000,000 per month from the Y Medical Foundation, as a rental fee, from Defendant F, and lent Defendant F’s license as nursing assistant.
7. From January 28, 2012 to July 6, 2015, Defendant G received an aggregate of KRW 1750,000,000 per month from the Y Medical Foundation, as a rental fee, and lent the Defendant’s license for nursing careless death.
8. Defendant H receives KRW 100,000 per month, or KRW 150,00 per month, in total, from June 15, 2011 to September 21, 201; from August 14, 2012 to May 31, 2014, the sum of KRW 3,40,000 per month, from the Y Medical Foundation.
