2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On December 20, 2010, Defendant A entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured on December 20, 2010 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. From February 21, 2013 to September 16, 2014, Defendant B received KRW 17,817,158 in total from the Plaintiff for reasons, etc. for having received hospitalized treatment over 256 days in total as shown in attached Tables 1 through 17, as shown in attached Table 2, on 17 occasions.

C. From November 18, 2005 to July 23, 2014, the Defendants are many of the Defendant B as the insured.
