Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
No person who sells or provides processed agricultural and fishery products after cooking them shall place a false indication of origin.
Nevertheless, around April 12, 2013, the Defendant sold to C cafeterias operated by the Defendant in Gangdong-gu Seoul, that is, the processed products of agricultural and fishery products, and falsely indicated the origin labeling of German swine scrap as Belgium and U.S. dollars.
