The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a BMW car.

On July 14, 2012, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of 40 km per hour from the distance of wind, driving the road of three lanes in front of Gwangju Seo-gu to the speed of 40 km per hour from the distance of wind.
