1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 46,10,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 17, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff seeking the indication of the claim has lent KRW 46,100,000 to the Defendant on February 27, 2017, KRW 5,000, KRW 5,100,000 on April 7, 2017, KRW 10,000 on April 10, 2017, KRW 10,000 on May 10, 2017, KRW 10,000 on May 2, 2017, KRW 10,000 on May 3, 2017, KRW 10,000,000 on May 3, 2017, and KRW 46,10,000 on a total of seven occasions, including KRW 5,00,000 on August 12, 2017, and KRW 25,00 on a non-statement under Article 271 of the former Civil Procedure Act (Article 257).
