1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,839,800 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 29, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons

(However, “the cause of application” is “the cause of claim” and “creditor” is “the Plaintiff” and “debtor” is “the Defendant”, respectively). 2. Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act by public notice is deemed to be “the Defendant.”
