The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

The Defendant, from October 201 to December 2013, 201, was on board as the captain of Cho Lake (containers, 113,412 tons) from around October 4, 201 to around December 201, and the victim D (n, 22 years of age) is a student attending E University, who was on board as a practical mate in the above subparagraph C from August 4, 2013 to January 25, 2014.

1. On November 25, 2013, at around 04:00, the Defendant forced the victim to sit at the bed room of the captain of the above C heading C heading from the U.S. Si/Gun/Gu (hereinafter “U.S. Si/Gun”) and forced the victim to sit. On the other hand, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force by force against the victim of the defect intending to leave.

2. On November 25, 2013, at around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) took the face and shoulder of the victim who was taking a part in the room of the pilot of the said Category C; (b) humping the victim for about about 20 minutes; and (c) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by breacing the victim’s booms and booms.

3. On December 2013, 2013, the Defendant anticipated the victim’s chest at the bed room of the captain of the above Category C, humping the victim, and humbly committed an indecent act by force on the victim’s chest.

4. On December 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid the victim on the bed room in the bed room of the captain of the above Cho Lake; (b) laid the victim on the bed; and (c) laid the victim on the face of the victim, committed an indecent act by force against the victim.

5. On December 16, 2013, around 16:00, the Defendant found the Defendant to have the key in the captain room of the above C, and caused the victim to have kisck off. The Defendant, along with the victim, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting the elevator on the left side of the victim after leaving the elevator.
