2. Under the premise that the Plaintiff is the owner of an unauthorized building listed in the attached list, the Plaintiff filed a claim with the Defendant to implement the procedure for changing the name of the owner of an unauthorized building register on the attached list.

However, on August 19, 2015, the Plaintiff sold an unauthorized building specified in the separate sheet to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff’s claim is without merit.
