1. The defendant shall receive on March 26, 2003 from the plaintiff the registration office of the vehicle in the Cheongju-si with respect to the automobile stated in the attached list.

Reasons

1. On March 26, 2003, the Plaintiff filed for the registration of the establishment of a mortgage with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet for KRW 1,2160,00 for the Defendant. However, as the installment debt of the above mortgage has ceased to exist due to the completion of payment or extinctive prescription, the Plaintiff filed for the registration of the establishment of a mortgage against the Defendant.
