가. 원고는 토목건축공사업, 전기공사업, 준설공사업 등을 영위하는 법인이고, 주식회사 코리아카코(이하 ‘코리아카코’라 한다)는 토목건축공사업 등을 영위하는 법인이다.

B. On June 22, 2017, B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Macheon Construction”) under which the construction period was “from October 30, 2017 to February 28, 2019” and entered into a contract to subcontract part of the construction works of the said multi-family housing (civil engineering works, etc.). In addition, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with Korea Co., Ltd and the construction period on December 15, 2017, stipulating that “from December 15, 2017 to March 31, 2019” (hereinafter “subcontract subcontract for underground floor removal works”).

E.
