However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim as the price for the goods, he did not have the intention or ability to send the goods to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the end of the foregoing false statement, received 110,000 won from the victim to the new bank account (Account Number:F) in the name of the Defendant on the same day as the price for the goods from the victim, and received from that time to February 17, 2014, a false statement, such as the statement in the list of crimes, stating that “I will sell the goods if you send the price,” and deceiving the victim to send the price to the 69 victims who have contacted with the above 69 victims, thereby deceiving the victims to take the goods if you would send the price for the 7.9,50,000 won in total to the said new bank and the national bank account (Account Number: G) account as the price for the goods.
