As to this case, this Court's "application of the laws and regulations" of the judgment rendered on September 21, 2012 shall be regarded as concurrent crimes.

Reasons

Since it is evident that there is an error in the above judgment, it shall be decided ex officio in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Rules on Criminal Procedure.
