1. The defendant
A. 4,234,770 won shall be paid to the Plaintiff;
B. Motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
1. On March 20, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into an entrustment management agreement with the Defendant as to the motor vehicles listed in the main clause of Paragraph 1-b of the order and completed the transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff, setting the two-year contract period between the Defendant and the Defendant. The Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff the management expenses to be paid under the said agreement and the total of KRW 4,234,70 on August 15, 2019 because the Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff KRW 4,234,70.
Therefore, the Plaintiff seeks to accept the application procedure for the registration of transfer of ownership based on the termination of the above contract with respect to the payment of the above money and the above automobile.
