The Defendant Korea Land and Housing Corporation claims against the Defendant Korea Land and Housing Corporation that the rent, management fee, etc. incurred in relation to the lease agreement between the network B should be deducted from the lease deposit to be fully refunded. As such, the notice of transfer is valid only for the balance remaining after the lessor’s claim is deducted from the lessor’s claim arising from the terms of the lessor’s claim rescission.
Therefore, the defendant Korea Land and Housing Corporation's argument is justified.
