2. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

The deceased B, the spouse of the Plaintiff, entered the Korea Rural Community Corporation on August 1, 1997. From February 6, 2003 to January 19, 2014, the name was changed to “G department”; the name was changed to “D department”; hereinafter the same shall apply) from February 6, 2003 to January 19, 2014, the head of the C project unit D department worked as the head of the division from January 20, 2014.

The deceased mainly performed by the Korea Rural Community Corporation in charge of the preparation of design drawings, quantity, and calculation of construction costs necessary for the execution of reclamation projects, etc.

On December 2, 2014, the Board of Audit and Inspection conducted an inspection of the institution operation of the Korea Rural Community Corporation on the Korea Rural Community Corporation, and discovered that some employees have falsely registered those who did not actually work as if they were employed on a daily basis, and falsely prepared a false request for the cost of daily employment personnel and executed the unfair execution of personnel expenses.

From June 22, 2015 to July 17, 2015, the Board of Audit and Inspection conducted an audit to check the overall status of the execution of personnel expenses for daily workers of projects that require on-site employment at the headquarters of the Korea Rural Community Corporation and each regional headquarters.

On July 17, 2015, the deceased was audited for about one hour at the actual audit site at the Korea Rural Community Corporation and the head office at the City Rural Community Corporation.

The Deceased prepared a written confirmation as to approximately KRW 7750,00 of the amount pointed out in relation to the above H District.
