1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff asserted and determined that the plaintiff owned the plaintiff's N's 2,165 L-based L-based L-based L-based L-based L-based L-based L-based L-type 2,165 and 576 prior to L-ri-M, and the plaintiffs succeeded in succession. Since each land was part of the river area and owned by the state, the defendant is obligated to pay compensation for losses to the plaintiffs who are their successors pursuant to Article 2 of the Act on Special Measures for the Compensation, etc. for Land Incorporated
2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, since the plaintiffs' claims are without merit.
