The instant lawsuit is dismissed.

Reasons

The court ordered the plaintiff (appointed party) to provide a security for the costs of lawsuit pursuant to Articles 117(2) and 120(1) of the Civil Procedure Act of March 10, 2020. However, since the plaintiff (Appointed party) did not provide a security within the period specified in the above order from the date the above order to provide a security became final and conclusive, it decided to dismiss the lawsuit of this case without holding any pleadings pursuant to the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition
