The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding that the court below convicted all of the charges of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes among the charges of this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment,

Meanwhile, the Defendant appealed on the remaining guilty portion of the judgment below, but there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal and no statement of the grounds for appeal can be found in the appellate brief.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
