1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the annual amount of KRW 111,604,204 and KRW 41,955,117 from November 22, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On November 15, 2006, the Defendant entered into a housing mortgage loan agreement with the Ingininsulg loan company as follows, and the Plaintiff acquired the loan from the Danin parent-based limited liability company on June 23, 2017, and the Plaintiff acquired the loan claim against the Defendant on June 23, 2017. As such, the Plaintiff claimed against the Defendant for the total of KRW 111,604,204, and damages for delay on the balance of the above transfer amount, including KRW 111,604,204, and damages for delay on the balance of the transfer amount.
