1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant C shall not exceed KRW 100,000,000, jointly and severally with Defendant A and B, within the limit of KRW 240,000.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Applicable provisions;
(a) Defendant A and B: Judgment based on each confession (Article 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
(b) Defendant C: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
