The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is that the Defendant driven a B-car car without a car driver's license from the Hosan Triri-riririririri-ririri-ri, the Do Boundary Center located in the same Eup/Myeon from the Hocheon-ri-ri-ri-si on December 9, 2010 to the 7th national highway located in the Do Boundary Center located in the same Eup/Myeon, and according to the records, the Defendant's name is copied and thus, the prosecution in this case is dismissed by analogical application of Article 327 subparagraph 2 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
