A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Seized evidence No. 1 shall be forfeited from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant, "2016 Highest 4332", was a person who sells a ship by using a D white blick vehicle in Busan, and the victim E (V, 45 years old) and around 194. However, on April 8, 2014, the defendant had been living in the same way as the other spouse was divorced by agreement.
While living together, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault, such as taking the victim’s and his/her children against the victim’s inception, etc.; (b) found the victim’s and his/her children, who were in other places after the victim’s death; and (c) invaded the victim’s residence; and (d) committed an assault against the victim on June 15, 2016 by Busan Family Court, pursuant to Article 40(1)1, 2, and 5 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Crimes of Domestic Violence, the Defendant was ordered to prohibit access within 100 meters from the victim’s residence and place of work until December 14, 2016 using telecommunication, such as Handphones or e-mail, and to undergo access observation for six months.
1. On July 5, 2016, the Defendant discovered that he drinks with male, etc. who is not aware of the victim and drinks with the victim on July 5, 2016, within “G” restaurant located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan on July 5, 2016, and finds that he/she drinks with the victim and that he/she does not have the wind to do so.

On June 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Crimes of Domestic Violence, even though he/she was ordered by the Busan Family Court to not transmit the protection, text, sound, or image by wire, wireless, optical, or other electronic method to the victim’s cell phone or e-mail address, and by an order from around June 30, 2016 to not transmit the victim’s cell phone or e-mail.
7. By the day of September, 19, the above victim’s cell phone images, such as intimidation letters and knife, shall be transmitted in 20-30 copies per day.
