1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 12, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On May 9, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant filed a claim for refund of the lease deposit on the ground that the lease contract concluded with respect to the portion of 70 square meters north of the second floor among the two-story C housing owned by the Defendant was terminated due to the expiration of the period of validity.
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 257 (1) and 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
