A. The Plaintiff is the owner of C Religious Site 660 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) in Jinju-si, and the Defendant is the owner of DJin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, adjacent to the instant land.

B. The Defendant, among the instant land owned by the Plaintiff, installed a fence on the part of 4 square meters in the ship connected to each point of 1, 2, 6, and 1 of the annexed drawing in sequence, and occupied the part of the instant land (b) in the ship.

C. Therefore, the defendant is obligated to remove the above part of the land of this case to the plaintiff and deliver this part of the land to the plaintiff.

2. The Defendant, at the second date for pleading, led to the confession of all the above allegations by the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is obligated to remove the above part of the ground fence from the land of this case and deliver this part of the land to the Plaintiff.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
