1. As a result, the defendant entered the victim's mobile phone numbers, authentication numbers, etc. into the data processing device without authority, thereby causing property damage equivalent to 20,495,690 won in total to the victims and acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

2. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number.

Nevertheless, the defendant sent the above B's resident registration number to the above D without permission of B at the time and place mentioned in paragraph (1).
