1. Larceny;

A. On July 6, 2014, at the construction site of redevelopment apartment located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on July 6, 2014, the Defendant stolen approximately KRW 21,000 (70 kg of steel bars in front of the construction site, which is owned by the victim D (E indicated in the indictment, is deemed to be a clerical error).

B. At around 13:00 on July 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) loaded approximately KRW 27,000 (90 km in front of the construction site, which is owned by the victim D (E in written indictment) accumulated at the construction site of the foregoing paragraph; and (b) stolen KRW 90 km in front of the construction site, which is owned by the victim D (E in written indictment).

2. On July 8, 2014, around 06:00 on July 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen property from the second floor housing building located in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F; and (b) infringed upon the building managed by the victim by entering the warehouse through open doors of the “H” warehouse operation of the first floor of the said building.

Then, the Defendant, at the above date and at the above place, stolen the Victim G located in the above warehouse by carrying one string of water bags in the market price of KRW 200,000, and one string of walls equivalent to the market price of KRW 700,000, and being installed in front of the warehouse.

3. At night, around 05:00 on August 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) went into the second floor housing building located in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and went into the warehouse through the open door of the “H” warehouse of the victim G management of the first floor of the said building; (b) went into the warehouse; and (c) cut off the said building after having a fresh for business use equivalent to KRW 1,200,000 and having a fresh one unit of oil, which was located in the said building; and (d) having a fresh for business use with one unit of fresh in front of the warehouse
