1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons

In addition to the circumstances that the Plaintiff and the Defendant leased KRW 62.1 million to the Defendant during the period from June 14, 2011 to January 12, 2017, the Plaintiff sought payment against the Defendant. However, considering the circumstances that the Plaintiff and the Defendant were in a past relationship, it is insufficient to recognize the fact of lending the Plaintiff’s assertion by itself, and there is no evidence to acknowledge otherwise.
