A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
[Power of crime] On March 15, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment for special larceny in the Daegu District Court and racing support, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 23, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1. The accused is a person who is engaged in driving a Crane car in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act;
