1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 75,000,000 to Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 50,000,000 to Plaintiff B; and (c) each of them on September 28, 2012.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) lent KRW 75,00,000 to the Defendant on May 1, 2012; (b) KRW 75,00,000,000 on a total of KRW 25,00,00 on July 25, 2012; (c) KRW 50,000 on a maturity date of payment; and (d) the interest rate of KRW 6% on a yearly basis; and (c) the Plaintiff Company B lent KRW 50,00,00 to the Defendant on September 28, 2012 at KRW 6% on a maturity date of payment and interest rate of KRW 75,00,000,000, KRW 50,000 on a loan, and KRW 50,000,000 on a loan to the Plaintiff Company and damages for delay from September 28, 2012 on each of them.
