A. On June 6, 2013, the Plaintiff lent KRW 25,000,00 to Defendant B as the due date set on June 26, 2013, and Defendant C guaranteed the above loan obligation against the Plaintiff on the same day.

B. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the amount of KRW 25,00,000 and the following day following the due date for the repayment thereof from June 27, 2013; from November 23, 2016, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint to Defendant B; from Defendant C, the amount of 5% per annum under each Civil Act until November 9, 2016, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint to Defendant C; and from the next day to the date of full payment, the amount of delay damages calculated at each rate of 15% per annum under each Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.
