1. The Defendant’s claim for the purchase price of goods against the Plaintiff is enforceable.

Reasons

1. On November 19, 2014, the payment order for the claim for the purchase price of goods against the Plaintiff was finalized on November 19, 2014 by the Daegu District Court Branch Branch Decision 2014Guj341, which the Defendant indicated the claim against the Plaintiff. On April 1, 2015, the Plaintiff sought non-permission of compulsory execution based on the above payment order, since the Plaintiff repaid the Defendant with the full amount of the obligation under the above payment order.
