1. The defendant shall pay 450,000,000 won to the plaintiff.

Reasons
1. Indication of claim: On November 19, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the fixed lease deposit amount of KRW 450 million from the Defendant, Goyang-si C apartment D; (b) from December 16, 2016 to December 15, 2018; and (c) paid KRW 450 million as the lease deposit; and (b) paid KRW 450 million against the Defendant as the lease term expires (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act). As such, the Plaintiff sought payment of KRW 450 million against the Defendant by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
