Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On April 26, 2017, around 17:00, the Defendant heard the horses of a person who was not killed in the name, and transferred the physical card linked to the bank account (C) of the Defendant’s name to a person who was named as Kwikset through Kwikset’s service.
As such, the Defendant promised to pay for, lent the approaching media.
