After finding facts as stated in its reasoning based on evidence, the court below rejected the plaintiffs' assertion that the defendant held tort liability against the defendant on the ground that the defendant merely lent the Ssports hall operated by him free of charge to be used as a place for the Stacking match at F's request, and that it cannot be viewed as holding F jointly with F.

Examining the above judgment of the court below in light of the relevant legal principles and records, the judgment below did not err by omitting judgment as to liability for joint tort or liability for aiding and abetting tort, or by misapprehending the legal principles.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
