2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On April 1, 2008, Defendant B concluded an insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured on April 1, 2008, as indicated in paragraph (1) of attached Table 1, which mainly covers expenses for hospitalization of a disease (30,000 won per day), expenses for hospitalization of a disease, expenses for hospitalization of a disease, etc., and entered into an insurance contract with Defendant A as the insured on September 4, 2008 as indicated in Paragraph (2) of the same Table, which mainly covers expenses for hospitalization of a disease (50,000 won per day), expenses for hospitalization of a disease (40,000 won per day), expenses for long-term hospitalization of a disease, expenses for long-term hospitalization of a disease, etc.

From August 17, 2009 to December 24, 2012, Defendant A received total of KRW 67,650,000, as shown in the attached Table 2, from the Plaintiff, for expenses for hospitalization of disease and for vaccination of disease according to each insurance contract of this case.

C. The details of the insurance contract concluded with Defendant A as the insured are as follows:

(The insurance contracts listed in No. 14 and No. 15 are each insurance contracts of this case). The insurance proceeds that Defendant A received from each of the relevant insurance companies under each of the following insurance contracts are approximately KRW 320 million.
