1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months;

Punishment of the crime
On November 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Seoul Southern District Court on November 13, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the official prison on November 12, 2014.
1. He/she shall not give, receive or administer psychotropic drugs unless a person handling narcotics violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;
The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
On January 1, 2015, the Defendant received one disposable injection machine, which contains approximately 0.2g of psychotropic drugs, from the above C, within a vehicle parked in a place where it is impossible to identify a place below the Seocho-si in early 2015, from the above C driver, and received, without compensation, one disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.2g of psychotropic drugs.
B. (1) The Defendant is administered above.
Within the foregoing vehicle parked at the same time and place as described in the port, approximately 0.05g of the phiphonephones received as above was administered in a way of dilution and injection by dilution with biocom in a disposable injection machine.
(2) On January 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 g of phiphonephones received as above in Seoul Mapo-gu 104 Dong 817, 2015 by the aforementioned method.
(3) On February 2, 2015, around 11:00, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of the phiphonephones received, in a way of dilution 5-car parked in the “F stop” parking lot located in Chuncheon City, Sincheon-si, and in a way of dilution with the Defendant’s blood, the Defendant administered them by dilution them with the Defendant’s blood.
Accordingly, the Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, administered psychotropic drugs in three times following the receipt of psychotropic drugs.
2. On February 1, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at around 23:00, the said G without a driver’s license within the section of approximately 80 kilometers in front of the FYY in Switzerland-si, through the road near the “Yancheon-si Station” located in the Geumyang-si, Namyang-si.
