The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below's determination that the disposition of this case was unlawful on the ground that there was a proximate causal relation between the work and the plaintiff's noise risk office after compiling the evidence adopted by the court below.

In so doing, there were no errors by recognizing facts in violation of logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles on proximate causal relation, thereby failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
