1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant’s attack refers to an attack against operators of the game private servers (D-DOS) refusing to provide distributed services (D-DOS).

It is a method to reduce the performance of the network by sending information exceeding the capacity that the server can process at one time, or to complete the system.

Around February 8, 2013, the victim F entered the private server operated by the victim F with intimidation as if he/she were threatened, and then, the victim was threatened with “B” via the Messen, thereby threateninging the victim to “B. E. if he/she did not deposit money,” and received KRW 1.50,000 from the victim who was fright, from July 2, 2014, 243,516,000 in total, from July 2, 2014 through the above method as indicated in the list of crimes.

B. Around June 19, 2014, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing 1,325,350 won in the market price in the taxi from H through G and H following the end of May 2014 by purchasing cab at the end of May 19, 2014.

C. The Defendant received the means of access: (1) around early February 23, 2013, the head of the Tong-dong, Dobong-gu, Seoul, by receiving Kwikset service the passbook, physical card, and password of the Nong account in the name-free from the name-free person, and (2) around March 2013, by receiving the passbook, physical card, and password from the name-free person from the name-free person in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, as Kwikset service; and (3) around July 23, 2013, the head of the Tong-gu, Seoul.
