A fine of one million won shall be imposed on a defendant for the crime as provided in paragraph (1) of this Article.
The above fine shall be imposed on the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On November 6, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 14, 2008 due to a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 15, 2010. On August 25, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 27, 2010 at the Suwon District Court on February 7, 2013 as sentenced to one year and four months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence), etc. at the Suwon District Court on February 15, 2013. < Amended by Act No. 11688, Feb. 15, 2013>
1. The Defendant, as a holder of B, operated the said vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance over 63 times in total, from January 9, 2008 to November 6, 2008, at the port of transmission in Ansan-dong, from the port of transmission to November 6, 2008, as shown in [Attachment 1] Nos. 1 to 63 of the List of Crimes (1).
2. The Defendant, as a holder of the above lapsing car, operated the said car that was not covered by mandatory insurance over 28 times in total as shown in the [Attachment Table 1] Nos. 64 through 91 from November 16, 2008 to June 21, 2009.
3. From July 21, 2011 to December 30, 2011, the Defendant, as a holder of Cknan knife car, operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on a total of five occasions, such as the list of crimes (2) as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (2) at the front-dong area of Busan Jinpo-dong from July 21 to December 30, 201.
