1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from February 27, 2007 to May 2, 2007.
1. On December 16, 2005, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent the amount of KRW 80 million to the Defendant as of December 30, 2005.
The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant under this court 2007da968 and received a favorable judgment that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 80 million won with 5% interest per annum from February 27, 2007 to May 2, 2007, and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment." The above judgment becomes final and conclusive, and thereafter received 30 million won from the defendant's wife.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the principal and interest balance to the plaintiff.
