The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the court of first instance which acquitted the charged facts of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and there is no violation of the rules of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or any violation of the relevant legal principles.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
