1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 24, 2011 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Since the Plaintiff, on June 13, 2005, lent KRW 50 million to the Defendant with the indication of the claim, the Plaintiff sought the return of the said loan to the Defendant.
