1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff:

Reasons

1. On February 19, 2018, the Plaintiff indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) to the Defendants on February 19, 2018: (a) determined that the real estate in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) was leased deposit KRW 10 million; (b) KRW 1.5 million per month; and (c) the period from February 20, 2018 to February 19, 2021; and (d) the Plaintiff’s succession to a contract with D on November 5, 2016; and (b) continuously occupied and used the instant building upon delivery from the Plaintiff on or around February 20, 2018; and (c) did not entirely pay the Plaintiff the rent after February 20, the Plaintiff’s notice of the termination of the said lease agreement on the grounds of overdue delay (the date of service on October 19, 2018; and (d) notified the Defendants of the termination of the lease agreement from the date of delivery to the said Defendants on February 20, 2008.
