1. The Defendant: (a) embezzlement of stolen articles that have been occupied;

A. On July 11, 2014, around 12:00, at the distance of Nazon located in 1120, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, a company bank BC Credit Card (D) where the victim C (n, 24 years old) lost, and did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and

B. On July 25, 2014, from around 21:00 to 21:45 of the same day, each of them embezzled without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring modern credit cards (F) lost by the victim E, and returning them to the victim, on the roads in front of Suwon-si CGV in Suwon-dong, Suwon-dong, where the victim E was lost.

On July 11, 2014, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased “H” store in Young-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-si, the victim’s name unclaimed box; (b) purchased sports uniforms equivalent to KRW 92,00, and suggested C’s credit card acquisition as if the Defendant had completed the sales slips; (c) signed the sales slips from July 11, 2014 to July 26, 2014, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, from July 26, 2014 to July 26, 2014; and (d) received and acquired property equivalent to KRW 93,200, a total amount equivalent to the price, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
