[Criminal Power] Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment for a crime of harboring an offender at the Seoul Western District Court on September 28, 2011, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 18, 2012, and is currently under the grace period.

[Specific Crime]

1. Defendant A: (a) had the intention to steals up-to-date smartphones from LGpller agencies with the trade name “F,” which had been previously employed for the purpose of preparing entertainment expenses; (b) opened windows on the pretext of searching for G working in the said company and attracting its office around July 27, 2013; and (c) prepared crimes, such as purchasing locks at nearby convenience stores.
