Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On November 8, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to three months of perjury by the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 8, 2017.
[2019 Highest 507] The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and he shall not receive or sell psychotropic drugs unless a person handling narcotics is a person handling narcotics.
1. On August 20, 2018, the Defendant, on August 20, 2018, sold 22:30,000 won in cash and sold 20,000 won in cash to E psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs contained in a one-time clock in the Defendant’s BMW D car parked on the roads adjacent to C in Chuncheon-si B.
Accordingly, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs even though he is not a person handling narcotics.
2. On September 20, 2018, the Defendant sold 200,000 won in cash, which was parked on the front road of G in Chuncheon-si, G in F around September 23:20, 2018, to E in cash, the amount equivalent to 0.4g of the penphone 0.4g of the Defendant’s BMW D car that was parked on the front road of G in Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si.
Accordingly, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs even though he is not a person handling narcotics.
3. On September 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) promised to sell an amount equivalent to 0.3g of philopon, which is contained in a one-time injection device, to E on the front of the Hocheon-si Hambur on September 21, 2018; (b) contrary to the commitment, the Defendant received 10,000 won in cash from E and sold 0.2g of philopon; and (c) demanded that the philopon, which was received on September 22, 2018 before E, be added to the amount equivalent to 0.1g of 0.3g of philopon on the front of the G in Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si; and (d) sold 0.1g of philopon on the front of the G in Hungary-si, in addition to the commitment, to sell the total 0.3g of philopon to E.
Accordingly, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs even though he is not a person handling narcotics.
4. On September 23, 2018, the Defendant, at around 04:40 on September 23, 2018, was a parking lot in front of the Chuncheon City Icom.
