A. On July 13, 2006, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants, and rendered a judgment on July 13, 2006 that “the Defendant shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 and an amount equivalent to 20% per annum from October 9, 2004 to the date of full payment” (U.S. District Court Decision 2004Ra81532), and the above judgment was finalized on August 12, 2006.

B. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription against a claim based on the foregoing final judgment.
